Nova Vend machines are 100% cashless and currently support TeleBirr, CBE Birr, and QR code payments. We are continuously expanding our payment integrations based on user demand. Cash payments are not accepted.

Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed through certified and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store payment credentials on the machine. All transactions comply with financial security standards.

Our machines have a dispense verification sensor. In the rare case a product fails to dispense, the machine automatically initiates a refund process back to your payment method. You can also contact us directly at support@novavend.et for immediate assistance.

Our standard machine requires approximately 0.8m × 0.9m of floor space and a standard 220V power outlet within 2 meters. No special infrastructure or plumbing is required. Our team will conduct a free site assessment to confirm suitability.

After signing an agreement, the complete installation process (machine delivery, setup, connectivity, and initial stocking) takes 3 to 5 business days.

Nova Vend handles all technical maintenance. Our Addis Ababa-based team monitors machines remotely 24/7 and dispatches technicians when needed. For urgent issues, we guarantee a 4-hour response time during business hours.

Our real-time inventory system alerts our operations team when stock is running low. Under most partnership models, Nova Vend manages the restocking process. You can also view live stock levels through your partner dashboard at any time.

Earnings depend on your location's foot traffic and the partnership model you choose. High-traffic locations (universities, hospitals, corporate offices) can generate significant passive income. Contact us for a revenue projection based on your specific location.

We offer three models: (1) Ownership: buy the machine outright and earn the highest revenue share; (2) Lease: lower upfront cost with monthly payments; (3) Revenue Sharing: zero upfront cost, Nova Vend manages everything, and you earn a percentage of sales.

Contract lengths vary by partnership model. Revenue sharing agreements typically have a 12-month initial term. Leasing contracts range from 12–36 months. Outright purchase has no ongoing contract requirements. We'll walk you through the details during our initial consultation.
