Hosting a machine can be entirely free through our revenue sharing model. Under this arrangement, Nova Vend installs and manages the machine at no cost to you, and you earn a percentage of all sales. For partners who prefer ownership or leasing models, we offer competitive pricing; please contact us for a tailored quote.
Nova Vend machines are fully cashless and currently support TeleBirr, CBE Birr, and QR code payments. We are continuously working to add more local and international payment options based on user demand.
Our real-time inventory management system alerts our team when products are running low. Our Addis Ababa-based operations team handles all restocking and maintenance. In the event of a technical issue, we guarantee a response within 4 hours during business hours.
Our machines are highly customizable and can be configured for a wide range of products including beverages, packaged snacks, fresh food (with temperature control), personal care items, stationery, and more. Product selection is tailored to each location's specific demand patterns.
Once a location is approved and the partnership agreement is signed, the entire installation process (including machine placement, connectivity setup, and initial stocking) typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Currently we are focused on Addis Ababa for our pilot phase. City-wide expansion to Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Mekelle, and other major cities is planned for Phase 3. If you're interested in a specific city, let us know as early interest helps us prioritize expansion plans.
All location partners receive access to our Nova Vend dashboard, a web and mobile-based platform where you can view real-time sales data, revenue reports, inventory levels, and machine performance metrics, all from your phone or computer.
